Bourbon, bitters, sugar. Garnished with an orange twist and a cherry. The one that started it all.
Manhattan
Rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, bitters. Served up with a cherry. No notes.
Sazerac
Rye whiskey, absinthe rinse, Peychaud’s bitters. New Orleans in a glass.
Negroni
Gin, Campari, sweet vermouth. Equal parts. No adjustments. You’re welcome.
The Beekeeper
Mezcal, fresh lime, wildflower honey. Smoke optional, attitude mandatory.
Piña Colada
Rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice. Frozen or rocks — just ask.
Fernet About It
Jameson, Fernet Branca, fresh lemon, ginger beer. For people who know what they want.

Vanilla vodka, Malibu rum, pineapple juice. Easy, tropical, no apologies.
Pink lemonade
Citron vodka, cranberry juice, sweet and sour, splash of Sprite. Exactly what it sounds like.
Sweep Tini
Vodka, apple pucker, strawberry schnapps, triple sec, pineapple juice. The house martini. Been here longer than most of our regulars.

Vodka, watermelon pucker, lime, agave. Tajin rim optional.
